ISIS have been [sort of] defeated in Syria.

at the cost of much 'treasure'!!!But such clearing of 'hostiles', in places like Syria,
will remain futile,
.....unless all ISIS cadres [
mosque attending moslems, and their ilk] in Australia, NZ, USA, and the nations of Western Europe, are also identified and 'cleared'
and expelled from our societies.
Why so ?
Because those persons [ISIS cadres,
mosque attending moslems, and their ilk] will continue to use Western nations as a place of nurturing for
their alien and hostile culture, and use our societies, as a source of funding and resources, for the violence, being committed by those of their comrades who are prepared to do 'Jihad operations' [wherever they can] on behalf of their community.
Until the governments of Western nations are willing to remove, to 'clear', and to expel, these people, from our countries, 'ISIS' will never be 'defeated',
and we and our children, will never be safe,
and we will continue to suffer periodical 'terrorist' attacks.
