Ah yes the tropics the hotbed of industrial activity. Grin

CO2, according to the IPCC has a residence time of 3.5 years.

"IPCC’s data for its natural carbon cycle (IPCC, 2013, p. 470-471) show the e-time for atmospheric CO2 is 3.5 years, supporting IPCC’s statement of “about four years.” "

So much for hundreds or thousands of years. And natural CO2 is the same chemical composition as anthropogenic CO2.

Nothing to do with belief, observation shows that the amount of IR reaching space is decreasing.
