Yet ANOTHER thread that could've been of continuing interest to everybody,
both naysayers and supporters of global warming turned into a petty, off-topic,

Yes, but building solar/wind, plus smart grid, plus pumped-hydro storage ASAP, funded by central banks from the CIS down, is smart because the cost of these renewables is free, once the infrastructure is built.

We need more public investment and less market-driven private consumption.

Not luck, but technology via public sector research into the 100% recycling economy, vital for future environmental and ecological sustainability.
