William Tyrrell
Mar 25th, 2019 at 8:02pm

Two years before his sudden disappearance made him a household name, the boy had come to the attention of police, the inquest was told.

In February 2012, Family and Community Services came to collect William after a court had ruled that he was to go into the care of the Minister for Family and Community Services.

He wasn't there, leading police to issue a warrant for the arrest of his biological mother.

A month later, he was located at the home of a relative, then taken into foster care, the Coroner's Court at Lidcombe heard on Monday morning.

"Police have not drawn the positive conclusion that a known relative or associate was not involved in William's disappearance," Mr Craddock said.

I've looked over the place - about an hour from here - and it is a dead end street - no random paedophile stranger just happened along the day he was there and picked him up.

Definitely an inside job somewhere... can't see why it hasn't been cracked yet.

P.S.  I took the ex and three of her 'psychic' lady friends up there..... I think they are full of baloney.. but on another visit there for the ex alone, actually drove past a little boy in a Spiderman outfit taking out the garbages - about three km up the road...   after three years or so, a bit hard to really tell... but it was certainly freakish.

I reckon he's alive and with a rellie or close friend of some sort...

The first conclusion is they're with relatives or friends of the biological parents but I image the police would have had them under very close surveillance so either they're very disciplined, unlikely for druggies.

The whole thing was weird and so much like a set-up it almost had to be .... perhaps a family member or friend who wasn't a druggie... maybe got the kid for his own best good.  Maybe not friends of the biological parents.. maybe of an older family member looking for the boy's best interests.

I still feel this case will crack.

In the wild New England ranges came the word one fateful day,
To every town and village, that a boy had lost his way.
All the townsfolk quickly gathered and the wild bush horses tossed,
As they went to search the ranges for a little boy lost,
They went to search the ranges for a little boy lost.
A lad of just four summers, Stephen Walls, that is his name,
And nobody doubts his courage, 'cause he's hardy and he's game,
But there's danger in this country that man has seldom crossed,
And they wonder if they'll find alive this little boy lost,
And they wonder if they'll find alive this little boy lost.

Came the night, came the morning. Another night, another dawning,
And a mother weeps in silence as she kneels before the Cross,
And she prays to God in heaven for her little boy lost,
And she prays to God in heaven for her little boy lost.

It looks like this case is about to blow up.

NSW Police have sought an apprehended violence order against the foster parents of William Tyrrell on behalf of a child linked to the missing boy as police begin a new search on the Mid North Coast sparked by new information.

The couple, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are scheduled to appear in court next week for the AVO.

and

Police have returned to the home from which William Tyrrell disappeared in 2014 and are investigating whether he fell fatally from the balcony.

On Tuesday, homicide squad investigators returned to the Benaroon Drive property and were digging up the garden directly underneath the second story balcony.

Plants are being removed, and dirt is being sifted through.

Specialist forensic investigators are also spraying Luminol, a substance that shows traces of blood.

A cadaver dog is also at the scene.

Strike Force Rosann officers will on Tuesday begin consulting with a forensic anthropologist, an archaeologist and a hydrologist in a bid to unearth new physical evidence in William’s baffling disappearance.

Meanwhile, at one site a kilometre from the home, police and the RFS were clearing land with chainsaws.

From the articles in the last few days, it appears he died after falling off the balcony. Someone (gran?) panicked and put him in the car and buried him.

Now YTF would they do that?  They'd call an ambulance.  The inference is that someone had something to hide - meaning deceased granma, a convenient scapegoat - and that has all the hallmarks of a
Chamberlain witch hunt rather than an investigation.

I always said there was more to this than met the eye, and it had hallmarks of an 'inside' job - but again - why would someone panic and go bury him, KNOWING that discovery of blood or even his body would lead to massive assumption of guilt?

If he fell - he fell... end of story.  If he was pushed by sister or granny got mad and hit him with a piece of firewood not thinking it would cave his skull in - that's a different story... but if he fell, why would someone not immediately call the ambulance for help? If he fell why was there no evidence at the time?  Why was the car not checked at the time.. to 'exclude' the possibility?  Cordoned off, potential crime scene - nobody in or out without permission.

I find this hard to believe somehow... I hope they find the kid and settle this - but there will always be doubt about what actually happened.

First 48...... you know that... get it right first time.... or forget it .... what if the kid had a nose bleed in the car at some time?  I'll bet Jubelin has some ideas not yet aired ... bet on it...

I wouldn't draw any conclusions from that. If he had wandered off into the bush, after 15 mins you're concerned, not hysterical. Also people have vastly different reactions to the same situation.

I am still haunted by the memory of searching up there, and seeing a small boy in a Spiderman suit taking out the garbage bins about a kilometre away.  Was it...???  Are those suits so common?
