Just got up to make a cuppa tea....

Just got up to make a cuppa tea....

Its a little strange sometimes.....

At times, i notice, that i seem to 'disassociate', from my body.

Making a cuppa tea, i will watch see my own hands, take hold of the kettle, and manipulate the water tap, and place the kettle on the stove,
and its almost like i'm watching a 'movie', of it all happening.

Mental 'disassociation', from my body, from what i am seeing, around me.

I may go flying tonight. Shocked

That is what reading the bible can do to a person. [laugh]

Reply #4 - Apr 1^st, 2019 at 9:46am Sometimes i become more acutely aware, that my 'awareness' [i.e. who i am] is 'separate' from my body. Its 'nice', and i'm comfortable in that 'apprehension', of my circumstance. I'm not on any medication, and i don't take 'recreational' drugs.
