Anning is not banned as yet

and I don't believe any petition should be used to make that sort of decision.

He cannot be 'banned' or removed except via an election, the one in May.  That 'censure' thing was just political posturing.....appropriate I hasten to say....but otherwise of zero impact.

ABC 24 latest news:

The banning of Anning was withdrawn due to the fact
that legal action would most likely override it.

In other words - it's not legal.

Where is the link to this attempt to ban him?

I heard it on the radio this afternoon.

Moslem nations vow to bomb Australia in retalliation for the Christchurch Mosque 'hater' attack.

Brunei states that Australia is a Gay nation (with white fluffy dogs for kids) that must be stoned to death.

I believe the Greens moved to suspend Anning in the Senate but it was rejected because of the likelihood it would be struck down by a legal challenge....The Greens have a penchant for championing causes with no hope of success and ending up doing nothing!!!

Huh Huh Huh

This article from 18th March showing the Greens intention....

You will never get any apology from me Bobby.  I have never seen any evidence of any Motion moved today to suspend or ban Anning.  Sure, there was a censure Motion today.  Show me a link to any suspension or banning Motion moved and withdrawn today.

So saying that you abhorred the actual event, but said that in view of world events it was inevitable - is now Hate Speech?

What a bunch of namby-pambies this nation has become under feminist tutelage...

Well - I'm sorry to say that such an event was inevitable - but that still doesn't make it right, and I long ago said that it appeared the NaZiland Muslim population were a pretty peaceful lot.

So, BTW, were the majority of people killed in terrorist attacks worldwide....

Here you go....Now apologise to Mr Bobby!!!

Quote:
Following the censure, Greens leader Richard Di Natale again urged the Senate to suspend Anning and said his use of the term the “final solution” in relation to immigration was made in his first speech – inside the chamber.

Di Natale said nearly 1.5 million Australians had signed a petition calling for the removal of Anning from the Senate and he urged the chamber to suspend the senator for just 24 hours.

“The one thing that unites us all is that we do not use hate speech to divide,” Di Natale said. “Let’s come together to deny this attention seeker the platform he craves.”
