I'm still recovering from 3 nights ago Dave. I had a couple of bourbon and cokes to start off. Then a couple of "smokes", then about 10 scooners and a couple of rum and cokes at the club. I threw up in the carpark and woke up very dusty. I can't back up like I used to.

I’m 45 and still don’t seem to get hangovers. Can I ask how old you are hammer? You don’t have to answer and I’m not being rude but my dad is in his early 70s and can’t drink like he used to.

I don't drink often but back in the day I loved a spliff and a few other substances.

And what happened to all the good hash that was around in my day? It's all nasty hydro these days.

After Nam, it was half gram of Hanoi rocks a day, 4 hits. After din dins, half a bottle of whiskey, cheap - the rocks were not. Back in the 70s, it was a couple of hundred a day. I knew plenty of cnts who were in for worse.

As for pot, who had the time? You'd smoke a bong if you were coming down. Maybe. Mandrax was better - Mogadon if you couldn't get that.

In the 80s it was all speed. Fck that.

You tried swapping the witch for the bitch - who didn't? She was worse. 8 cans of beer?

Good on you, son. Drink up. Today's Good Friday. If you want my advice, you'll straighten up by Anzac Day.

Back in my day, that was when it all went down.

I don't do 'poison'.
I left that crap back in kiddie-teenie years.
I was smokin reefers and downing KB's (Kids Beer) at 10 years of age on.

Turned 20 and I left the kiddie-teenie years behind.
I embraced Jesus as my Pimp-Saviour and joined a Church where many a vestal virgin awaited. But as I was cast out as a Sinner at the age of 30. I took up gambling to pay my way - conning other blokes out of their money, while they worked hard. I made them believe that I was their Boss.
But I got sacked at the age of 40. Now I approach 50 and what do I have to show for it? Faruckasalt! I've been on Ozpolitic all this time!  Shocked

Yeah, and you'll lose your shirt on two-up, you sound unlucky.

What do Indonesians have to do with it?

I don't know what you're talking about. Malaysians are a sort of tawny colour. Why would Indonesians be running two-up on the One Day of the Year?
