i dont understand this concept of a sanctuary city.

if i had a little part of a paddock and made it a "sanctuary for weeds", then in no time flat, the weeds would have spread all over the paddock and ruined the whole thing .

then you have to go out in the paddock and hit those pesky weeds with round-up and in the process, you kill all this useful grass.

just seems like a crazy idea to a farmer.

i bet the farmers in texas and south dakota dont have such cities
