Let's say that I was very religious.  Depending on the exact flavour of Christianity, when talking about tattoos and piercings, some believe the Bible makes it quite clear that we need to treat our bodies as temples and not do anything to damage it.

Talking in the context of FGM, it could be that the idea of a body piercing, especially of the clitoral hood, could be considered FGM.  It could be something one wonders if their daughter or stepdaughter may have done, especially if they are concerned for their child's everlasting soul.  Given the parent clearly did not give consent otherwise they'd know about the piercing and a parent like this would never give consent anyway, the daughter must at least be over 18.  Wondering what danger their child may be in would be perfectly acceptable in this case.

Or it could be a parent creating an environment of trust with their children where no topics are off limit. 

Unlike those pathetic and frankly bad parents who side with the likes of Family First or the ACL who want billboard like "Longer Lasting Sex" or a clever derivative of removed because they're unable to have an open conversation with their child because of their own prudishness, a good parent would foster an environment where they don't want their children to feel shame about their own bodies and can come to their parents with any question, no matter how taboo some ultra-conservative parents may feel about it.

In this case, talking openly with other people about the same subject would come easily.

So when you asked the question, maybe I would in certain circumstances.  I'm not going to lie just to make a point, like some.

I see those criticising Aussie as potentially having impure thoughts about their own daughters and projecting their depravity onto him, or simply trolling and trying to attack and abuse another which is right up your ally Light.
