Plays tricks to "test" the relationship.
Claims they hurt you because they love you.
Demands you do as they say without question.
If you behave or think in a way in which they disapprove, they threaten you with harm.
Isolate you from anyone who disagrees.
Tells you this is what true love is.
Blames you for their shortcomings.

How can anybody think that using threats to get people to do what you want is love?

Using threats to get people to do what you want is not love.

According to what he believes it's not a threat, it's a warning of an outcome which can't be avoided unless they change their lifestyle.

Then Folau is like the brainwashed cult member employing the threats of his master to gain new followers.

Falaou was sacked because he was asked not to post anything that might be seen as controversial on social media. No one has ever said the comment was hate speech.

Why you or any other idiot out there persist with the argument that it isn't hate speech, when no one said it was, is beyond me. Actually, scrub that, I know why you do it, it's to deflect from the real issue. He breached his work place contract.

Your misunderstanding this, which is easy to do from the point of view of an atheist, which I assume you are. To you or I it's twisted logic but it's not hate.

He believes to the very core of his being with 110% certainty that hell awaits the people on his list and the only way for them to avoid eternal damnation is for them to change.

It's a bit like someone having a relative heavily addicted to ice or being anorexic. The outcome is very clear if they don't change.
