From what I've read, he had a four year contract worth $4 million.

That's one million dollars per year.

The FWC compensation cap (Fair Work Act ss.392(5) and (6)) is 26 weeks.

So, if he wins his case in the FWC, the maximum payout he can receive is $500,000.

Not quite the $10 million Bobby is hoping for.
