Can you help Baronvonrong, Bobby?

How does Rugby AU's Code of Conduct  violate Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?

Answer my question.
I notice that Aussie is avoiding it.
( he's supposed to be a lawyer.)

According to resident geniuses if you have a contract or it’s in the code of conduct then yes.

It's perfectly legal for an employer to sack an employee for breaching their Code of Conduct.

Happens all the time.

I shouldn't laugh.  I apoligise.

Let's do this the proper way.

Here's Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

"Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance."

And here's the Rugby Australia Code of Conduct (under 'C'):

https://australia.rugby/about/codes-and-policies/all-codes-and-policies

So, which part number, on what page, violates Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?

Does anyone know where Baronvonrong got this idea from?

Is the fleecer posting that claim on social media or something?

Baron claimed that:

"The code of conduct violates Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights therefore it's not legal in Australia."

I'm just wondering where he got that nonsense from?

Did he come up with it himself, or is it something that's being shared on social media, or reported in the news?

It's good to see Izzy can afford a real legal team instead of a taxi driver from the gold coast who pretends to be a lawyer. Little Pecca also claimed he was a lawyer with his previous sock Uncle Meat it turned out he was just a union clerk. Why do these leftards pretend to be lawyers?

Article 18 protects not only the ‘traditional’ religious beliefs of the major religions, but also non-theistic and atheistic beliefs, as well as the right not to profess any religion or belief. The right recognised in Article 18 is simultaneously an individual right, and a collective right.

It has both an ‘internal’ dimension (the freedom to adopt, hold or change a belief), and an ‘external’ dimension (the freedom to manifest that belief in worship, observance, practice or teaching).

While the internal dimension is absolute, the external dimension can be subject to certain limitations. Namely freedom to manifest one's religion or beliefs may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health, or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

Nobody is trying to deny the fleecer his human rights.

And, Rugby AU's Code of Conduct certainly doesn't violate Article 18 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I'm really not sure what Baronvonrong is going on about.

Hi Aussie,
of course the answer is no and that is the example
often given to university students studying law.

It's an example of an illegal contract.

In the same way the court or even the High Court
may decide that a contract taking away your religious rights to
quote from the Bible is illegal.

Do you agree?

Rugby AU's Code of Conduct doesn't take away anyone's rights to quote from the Bible.

So why are you persisting with this straw-man?
