I was being sarcastic - it's not strange at all.

White supremacist terrorism goes unreported all the time.

Eight people died, and almost 50 were injured.

That's just one weekend.

The United States, last weekend:

1. Three people and the suspect were killed in a shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California on Sunday, and 15 others were injured.

2. Four people were injured in a shooting early Sunday morning in Washington, DC.

3. Four people were injured in a shooting in front of a petrol station in Chicago on Sunday night.

4. A 37-year-old man was taken into custody after four people were injured in two shootings in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, on Sunday.

5. A man was killed and five others were injured while a group was preparing to film a rap video in Philadelphia on Sunday night.

6. A 25-year-old man was taken into custody after an airman was killed and three others were injured in a shooting in Wichita, Kansas, early Saturday morning.

7. One person was killed and 11 other were injured in a shooting at a Brooklyn, New York, block party Saturday night.

8. A 29-year-old father was killed and three others were injured in a shooting at a park in Kennewick, Washington, on Friday night.

Eight mass shootings, eight people dead, one weekend.

always convenient how you manage to 'stumble across facts' like the one that mass shooters are democrats. As you would expect, the exact opposite is true. the vast majority of mass shooter are in fact right wing conservatives ie Republicans.

And the NRA is actually to blame. Without the NRA and its GOP servants, there would be far far fewer guns and far far fewer mass shootings.

And ironically, if convicted felons were allowed to own guns, nothing would change because ALL mass shooters are not convicted felons.

The American People own whatever they want, & millions upon millions of them want a gun for self-defense. Most will never need them, but regardless, need isn't in the equation, it's their Right to own them, as many as they damn well please, & if they ever need one for self-defense they have the option.....they can choose whether to dial 9-1-1, or shoot the violent criminal stone cold dead!

If you give your child a handgun and then he shoots someone, the law will literally charge YOU with the death. If you give a mentally unstable person a gun at any age and they kill someone, YOU will be charged with the death. The NRA has demanded literally that the mentally ill should be allowed guns. They want children to be able to take guns to school. How long before the NRA demands the right of open carry for 8yos?

but no, ex-felons cant have guns despite the fact that NONE of them have ever caused mass shootings.

Impossible. If, as Panther explained, US citizens can collect guns, weapons and even missiles to defend themselves against their government, restrictions would be unconstitutional.
