Last I heard the Ceduna mayor said it was working a treat, kids were attending school and even bringing fruit, many other benefits as well.

The reason this has been tried in such communities is because the Abbos are there in large numbers and they all get on the grog together, endlessly. They need to be saved from themselves.

I would just keep supplying them with tankers of cheap wine and let nature take its course.
