You really do yourself a disservice by posting like someone who can barely grasp the fundamentals of the English language and the written word.

Your hypocrisy aside, I agree with you about some of the problems with the left, but for different, real reasons, not the fanciful pseudo-psychology you employ that has the single goal of defending Trump and even rewriting history to do so.

It's not just the left who are at fault, the right has some major fundamental issues that is fracturing the country.  Their hyperpartisanship is destroying their own lives.

Take the farmers, they support Trump but it's his policies in trade and foreign relations that are destroying their lives and livelihoods on a scale never seen before.

He's running the budget into the ground now throwing out billions more in handouts to them, all because of his trade war with China.  Even if he's out in 2020, the damage is already done.

China is already going to Brasil for their Soy Beans and Russia for their Wheat.  Just because Trump is out doesn't mean they'll come back and if they do, it won't be at the same level (prices they pay for the goods) it will be lower, that's what happens when you're trying to sell from a point of utter desperate weakness.

But if there is one thing Trump is good at, it's fabricating his situation to hide the desperation and weakness at the foundation.

And on top of that, when the smaller Farms, the real voters, the silent majority, they won't be able to weather the storm like big agribusinesses and multinationals and they'll end up having to sell their farms to these companies who can and it will further consolidate the food industry in the US.

I almost want Trump to win in 2020.  He is wrecking the country but if he leaves office before the consequences of his actions reverberate through the industries he's destroying and the economy at large, whoever is in office after him will get the blame.

He needs to face the music, people, even the most blinded hyperpartisan need to be slapped out of it.

What is happening to the farmers is 100% the result of Trump's policies and that should terrify him.  Those regions with even a moderate swing will cost Trump 2020.

This is where the Dems should be focusing.  Yes healthcare is important, education is important, but these people are facing the death of an industry as we know it, all thanks to Trump, and this isn't even factoring in the hardships they're facing that will only get worse as a result of climate change, this is pure economics, driven into the ground, by Trump.

Imagine farmers not being able to sustain their businesses and the US losing their food security, or even more upward pressure on food prices once the industry has been taken over by big for-profit corporations who can set the prices.

America needs to wake up before it's too late.

But again, I almost want Trump to win.  I want these idiots, the Mech's the Scoots, the Trump and the QTards to get what they deserve.  To reap the rewards of what they've sown.

Almost.

I'll still fight for what's best for the people, which is the removal of Trump come 2020, even if they'll fight against it at every step.

The problem is, Australia has been caught up in this trade war. For some reason, our dollar has plummeted. It'll cost me even more to go to Europe this year.

I want Mr Trump to lose, but as you say, he's already planted the trade war. It'll take years to turn this one around.

the US could be doing better and WOULD be doing better if the DNC would stop road blocking Trumps already renegotiated Trade Deals that would help farmers a lot more.

The delusion is strong with this one.  What does the USMCA have to do with China?  Nothing.

And you realise that it doesn't cover Wheat or Soy so it won't help the victims of his poor trade policy either.  Are there any other trade deals you're talking referring to?

Quote:
Farmers for Trump - These guys are looking at the long game which will give them sustainability into the future and that of their families future.

Trump's policies have taken away the markets for their products.  Products these Farmers had already factored the sale of into their budgets and forward planning.  They can only sit on the stock for so long, and China has gone elsewhere.  Who knew?

And if they're going to come back to the US, it will be on their terms, which isn't good for the Farmers either.

If these Farmers are looking to a sustainable future, is there any current policy helping with that?  Or are the Farmers still relying on Trump's now thoroughly debunked claims of him being the best at trade?

And what sort of sustainable future will they have if they have to sell their farms now?

And this is ignoring the increases that US consumers have to pay for the goods being tariffed, the less they're earning as China looks elsewhere for their goods as retaliatory measures and tariffs of their own, this is all money taken out of the economy, out of the taxation revenue.

When you match that with the gargantuan increases in Trump's spending, often with nothing to show for it and now his bailouts to the victims of his bad policy to try and retain their votes (again, spending federal money for his own needs), the US is going further and further behind with an unclimbable mountain in front of them.

This is why I think it should be Trump who has to climb that mountain and that perhaps he should win the 2020 election to give him a chance to do so.

Let's not forget what he's done each and every time he's created this exact situation in the past,

Donald Trump’s Bankruptcies

Quote:
At every step of the way the DNC and Deep State Traitors are working against the Trump administrations backdooring deals and sanctions.

They don't need to work against Trump, he's doing a great job of messing up these trade deals and destroying the livelihoods of his people all by himself.

Quote:
But china is the big one - they have already backflipped on agreements already made to Trump and the word is that they may not make any deals until after the next election hoping that the DNC will get back in and lay down for them.

*Citation needed.

His trade record is that of someone with no understand and worse, no plan.  He's acting like he can bluff or bully his way through like he has with some success in the Business world.

That's not going to work against China or any other first world country.  He needs to realise that before it's too late.

And so do his supporters.  Every time they let Trump get away with something, he tries the same thing again but to a higher degree.

Thankfully he's not talking about tariffs being the solution to everything anymore.  Either someone got through to him, or he's dealing with the myriad of other dumpster fires he's created and has just forgotten about trade.

Yeah Sad

I've got friends and family who I helped invest in Australia from overseas, but with the drop of the Aussie dollar not only are their investments not looking so good anymore, they're worth a lot less so their banks have demanded that they inject more capital into the loans because of the collateral worth has dropped below the percentage they took for the loan.

There are always risks and they'll be fine, this was just an exercise in diversification for them, but this sort of thing starts scaring away future foreign investment that's really going to hurt us locally.

Australia isn't in good shape either, but the booming construction industry, especially locally on the Gold Coast, the frivolous spending by the tradies is keeping our economy where it is.  You start taking away all that constructions and it's not going to send ripples but huge waves through the economy.

That's the problem with a clown like Trump making these terrible decisions on the world stage, it does hurt us at home.  We have skin in the game whether we like it or not.

As I made it clear, I'm talking about all forms of farming that are hurting thanks to Trump's trade wars, but specifically the Soy Bean and Wheat Farmers.

I could have just done what you do and lie, making wild accusations and then drawing inaccurate conclusions from them, but instead, I've focused on relevent and recent developments.

Quote:
China suspends plans to buy more US farm products and says it could slap tariffs on recent purchases
Gina Heeb

Aug. 5, 2019, 12:27 PM
  • China has directed state buyers to halt imports of US agricultural goods and said it could slap additional tariffs on recent purchases.
  • That came after President Donald Trump announced plans to escalate tariffs on its products last week.
  • Agricultural exports have been a major flashpoint for the president, whose reelection calculus could be altered by his trade wars.

China had previously agreed to resume American agricultural purchases, which fell sharply last year as it retaliated against the Trump administration with steep duties on commodities. Bloomberg first reported the reversal.

The report surfaced after Trump announced Thursday he would move forward with plans to slap tariffs on virtually all Chinese products on September 1. The proposed tax on roughly $300 billion worth of imports surprised negotiators on both sides, who last month resumed efforts to defuse tensions after Trump said he would suspend such threats.

Another reversal by China would cast an additional layer of doubt on whether further escalation could be avoided in the dispute over agriculture and a host of other issues, including intellectual property theft and the forced transfer of foreign technology. Washington said Beijing reneged on key commitments just as the two sides were on the cusp of a deal in May, stalling nearly a dozen rounds of negotiations and prompting US tariff increases.

Agricultural exports have been a major flashpoint for the president, whose reelection calculus could be altered by his trade wars. The Trump administration has rolled out a $28 billion bailout program for farmers, a major constituency for Trump that has largely lost access to the Chinese market in the wake of tariffs.

"We are committed for the year at this point and just trying to play the hand we're dealt," said Dave Walton, a soybean grower in Wilton, Iowa. "It concerns me when this rhetoric ramps up from both sides, and can only guess the new Chinese stance is in retaliation for the threat of new tariffs from our side."

  • The TLDR because I know how little you Trumptards like reading, China agreed to resume US agricultural purchasing, Trump has his, well it's not really a win, more of a get out of jail card that wouldn't require such an extreme humiliating back down, but instead of taking it, he then ramped up the trade war again, adding more tariffs to $300b worth of good from September 1st and China have retaliated not only in totally ceasing purchases of US goods, but dropping the value of the Yuan to take even more investment away from the US.

    And there is more,

    https://au.finance.yahoo.com/news/trade-war-farmers-trump-markets-154935903.html

    Quote:
American farmer: Trump 'took away all of our markets'

    1 August 2019

The White House recently announced that it would be providing an additional $16 billion in aid to American farmers affected by the trade war between the U.S. and China.

But the problem for American farmers has becomes bigger than something a bailout can fix.

“This trade thing is what’s brought on by the president and it’s really frustrating because he took away all of our markets,” Bob Kuylen, a farmer from North Dakota who grows spring wheat and sunflowers, told Yahoo Finance. “We live in an area where we’re kind of in the middle of nowhere. It costs us a lot of money — over $1 a bushel to get our grain to markets.”

The pain these farmers are experiencing is because of Trump's tariffs. And to what end?  He gets China showing an act of good faith and he then reacts this way?

Markets are being lost and can't be replaced in time to save these farms, and you want to talk about Obama?

    Quote:
Under Obama the entire country was going down the shitter...

Again as I said, actually, I'll just quote it since you didn't bother to read it,

I know in the mind of the Trumptards throwing out a single image is enough to counter a well researched and factual post, highlighting the issues coming over the horizon as a direct result of the current administrations policies, but in reality, it just highlights the poster of the image, or even a meme, as someone who is fundamentally uninformed and is relying on the same hyperpartisanship that got the farmers into this situation, and will keep them stuck there, in the first place.

This is your problem Mech, you are too caught up in defending Trump and your hyperpartisanship that you're letting real Americans, Trump-supporting Americans hurt and lose their livelihoods and forcing them onto Government handouts and the humiliation that comes from that, all because the President is making mistake after mistake in the trade war.

You can pretend it's not happening but this is going to be directly hurting his base and this might be the moment that will finally wake them up.

And the devaluing of the Chinese Yuan, that make it more expensive for ALL US Exports within China which is going to take more money out of every market, not just farming.  More and more they're going to just look elsewhere.

    Wake up.

    OMG  Shocked

So the penny has finally dropped that China is manipulating their currency...

China has been doing this for years... and its about time someone called them out instead of staying silent...

China has unfair tariffs... someone has to take them on or else the farmers are ****ed anyways...

Its been at least 5 years since Soy and Corn crops have done any better than break even due to Chinese Tariffs and currency manipulation...

If this is your idea of good farming then you have rocks in your head...

China and other counties should have been taken to task years ago and these unfair practices stopped.. instead of the farmers slowly choking to death...

And made worse by Obama’s insane environmental regulations ..Under the act some folks needed government approval to mow some areas of their property or make changes to manmade lakes where kids go fishing.

No poo... Everyone has known that for decades.  But there is a right and a wrong way to deal with it.

We have, in action now, a great example of the wrong way of dealing with it.

You can't, but you will, deny that the pain people are feeling now is a direct result of Trump's actions, so cut it out.

    Still waiting on your citations.

More great news for Trump as the markets plummet after his comments highlighting that he doesn't understand the role the FED plays or how it works...

    Good Job.

the DNC would stop road blocking Trumps already renegotiated Trade Deals that would help farmers a lot more.

Farmers for Trump - These guys are looking at the long game which will give them sustainability into the future and that of their families future.

At every step of the way the DNC and Deep State Traitors are working against the Trump administrations backdooring deals and sanctions.

But china is the big one - they have already backflipped on agreements already made to Trump and the word is that they may not make any deals until after the next election hoping that the DNC will get back in and lay down for them.

...Donald Trump was in prison, where he belongs.

    Another political LEFTIST fantasy
          which defies the reality,
that no one, has convicted DJ Trump in a court of law, of being guilty of any crime which demands prison time.

But hey!!!! ....we political LEFTY's don't care about,
    1/ evidence, or,
    2/ truth, or,
    3/ justice,
4/ or the presumption of innocence, until convicted in a court of law !!!!!

We political LEFTIST'S just      KNOW,      who deserves to be in prison.
[.....anyone whom WE      accuse      of wrongdoing.]

How ironic given 90% of your threads are essentially tarring all Muslims with the same brush whilst not caring about
