First of all I'm not jealous of anybody. We are all poo ting earth crawlers who end up as compost. Nobody is any better than anybody else. I live in western Sydney and I see very little social cohesion. All I see is loads of people swarming like ants to see how much of the rotting carcass they can rip off for themselves. If that's multiculturalism then I'm not convinced. When I go to mostly white places it's totally different.

Oh, I have visited Western Sydney several times, just as I have Sydney and a large slice of NSW as well. They are hardly what I would call Multicultural (with a capital "M"). The NSW Government spends the least amount of money on promoting Multiculturalism, compared with the other states. It needs money spent on it to get people out and about to meet their fellow citizens. In NSW, you have ghettos formed. NSW is not really a Multicultural state at all. It is a multicultural one... Roll Eyes

I live next to the most multicultural place I've ever been, Merrylands.

Chows, Jigaboos, Ayrabs, Pakis, Curries, you name it. They all live in the same apartment blocks, shop in the same mall, work in the same factories, send their kids to the same schools. You go to the park and you see all these different kids playing soccer.

To me, this is totally unashamed Multiculturalism at its best. I was just in Nuremberg in Germany - a bigger migrant (and refugee) intake than ours. I saw Afghani and Somali refugees seeming to be quite apart from the local population - economically, at least. Some were begging.

In Merrylands, these migrants share barbecues at the park. Their kids speak with Australian accents. Unlike Europe, these migrants are, for all intents and purposes, Australian.

They let in over a million of them in five minutes. Of course it's much worse there.

Nevertheless, a demographic and cultural transformation is happening here and in most western countries. The chows, curries, pakis and jigaboos are not leaving behind their cultures, they are living them in the west. In ghettos. They know nothing about western culture, history, society except that it's 'wacist'. That they harbour their resentment in English and a foreign language is no great proof of any success.

Aussie guys dont have Muslim girlfriends, jigaboos and curries dont mix, the chinks and the muslims are not getting together for yum cha.
