You really need to get out of your basement, Soren.  The world is an exciting and different place to the fantasy that you believe in.  Try it.  You'll meet different people with differing opinions to your own narrow minded ones.  Roll Eyes

You have not said anything, Bwian, only avoided my points without making any new ones - and rolled your eyes.  That's not an exciting view and it doesn't make you an an exciting person with a different view.   It just shows you up as an inarticulate, unimaginative, lost-for-words eye-rolling emoter.  Not an improvement to the worlds, Bwian, don't kid yourself.

I must remember that, the next time you demonstrate your mud patch diving abilities, Soren.  Wink

I live next to the most multicultural place I've ever been, Merrylands.

Chows, Jigaboos, Ayrabs, Pakis, Curries, you name it. They all live in the same apartment blocks, shop in the same mall, work in the same factories, send their kids to the same schools. You go to the park and you see all these different kids playing soccer.

To me, this is totally unashamed Multiculturalism at its best. I was just in Nuremberg in Germany - a bigger migrant (and refugee) intake than ours. I saw Afghani and Somali refugees seeming to be quite apart from the local population - economically, at least. Some were begging.

In Merrylands, these migrants share barbecues at the park. Their kids speak with Australian accents. Unlike Europe, these migrants are, for all intents and purposes, Australian.

They let in over a million of them in five minutes. Of course it's much worse there.

Nevertheless, a demographic and cultural transformation is happening here and in most western countries. The chows, curries, pakis and jigaboos are not leaving behind their cultures, they are living them in the west. In ghettos. They know nothing about western culture, history, society except that it's  'wacist'.  That they harbour their resentment in English and a foreign language is no great proof of any success.

Aussie guys dont have Muslim girlfriends, jigaboos and curries dont mix, the chinks and the muslims are not getting together for yum cha.

Shurely shome mishtake. There's a famous chicken shop in Granville. Everybody goes. The Thai place? Halal. Who doesn't like Thai?

Chinatown? Full of Muselmen. They even have their own Chinese-Musel section across from Dixon Street full of Uyghur restaurants. And before you say they refuse to assimilate, they're side by side with Koreans.

As for interracial marriage, who doesn't know an interracial couple?

You? Your ex-wife Danish, is she?

Nice distraction, old boy. Bwian's wight. You should get out of your basement.

Mendacious or stupid?

Having lots of different restaurants is not multiculturalism. It's  merely multiculinarity.  Having different people at next table is not the same as having different people around the same table, to coin a metaphor fior the lie of multiculturalism.
Interracial couples are rare, and for that very reason,  noticed.  I am not in an interracial marriage.

Except, without Multiculturalism, there would be no differing "racial" or ethnic groups within our society, practising their differing cultures and cuisines, Soren.  Without Multiculturalism, we would have monoculturalism - which is exactly what you want - and with monoculturalism, you would have a flat, boring, totally uninspiring society.  Today, Australian chefs are sought the world over because of their adaptability, their incorporation of differing cultural and culinary effects in their food.  None of that would have been possible without Multiculturalism.  Roll Eyes

Good God, no!  That would be totally against everything you have trumpeted, Soren.  Absolutely, totally anathema to your entire makeup.  I would expect your wife to be a tall, blonde, Aryan woman with blue eyes, right?  Nothing less would satisfy you, now would it?  Tsk, tsk.  You must remain true to your Aryan roots!!  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Australia has one of the highest inter-marriage rates in the world, dear. I personally know at least 8 interracial couples, including 3 Muslim/Christian and Muslim/Hindu marriages.

Quote:
The proportion of marriages between two Australian-born people have gradually decreased over the past 20 years — from 73 per cent of all marriages in 2006, to 55 per cent in 2016.

Food - the belly, the god of atheists. That's all Multiculturalist have, their beliies.  A greater variety of food. Oral, digestive bliss - childish retardation. In any case, you do not need to import vast number of  thirldy worldy non-cooks to have thai or yum cha or curry. You can buy the cook book. Online.

The whole monocultural tut-tutting is complete nonsense, no matter how often it is repeated - and it is repeated all the time the topic comes up because the proponents of multicultural lies have nothing else.  Western civilisation is the most dynamic, innovative and influential civilisation going. It has shaped the world like no other, over the last 400 years. Multiculturalism is a neology, invented about 40-50 years ago precisely to facilitate the knee-capping the most innovative and beneficial civilisation by the resenters whose cultures - most have no civilisation - have proved to be inferior, which is why they fled to the West.

The Abos and red indians and the African 'national' liberationists like Mugabe et al didn't get your idiotic memo about 'monoculture is boring'. They are livid about their monoculture being swept aside. Are you going to mock them?  Of course not. You are an ignorant demagogue, banging on about things you not even half-comprehend.

'Multiculturalism' is always only ever applied to the West, as a way to tear it down, diminish it, resent it, snarl at it.  I don't hear you sneer at the 'monoculture' of Muslim countries, or China, Japan, Korea, Abos, any third world shithole. You only want to tear down the West because it is the only universalist, humanist civilisation. All the identity politics shite is rallied against that very quality of Western civilistation. The monocultures of the narrowest, stupidest identity politics are attacking the West from all directions. And you are one of those idiots. Paki is another.

Have more curry. Have yum cha. Halal, of course.i

Good to know, Bias. You come back when every one of the Muslim intermarriages I know goes belly-up, yes?

In the meantime, check out the figure: 55% of marriages in Australia are transcultural.

In non-ABC terms, that means racial, no?

Not racist. Islam is not a race.

Inter-muslim marriage or inter-faith marriage or inter believer-nonbeliever marriage?

All of the above.

I personally know an African Jigaboo who married a dirty Leb. She converted him back to Islam and in the process, her Pentecostal parents disowned her.

She gets about in a niqab, you see. The happy-clappies won't cop that, even the Darkies.

So I'm curious. Would you write a child of yours off for converting to Islam? Would you refuse to ever see your grandchildren?

Or do you think this is just stuff the dirty Jigaboos do, even though you demand the Muselman's removal on a daily basis?

What would you do if one of them entered your family? Given 55% of Australian couples are interracial, this is hardly a red herring.

If you want spineless excuses and apologies and yeah-but-no-but dissembling, check out the old boy's always absolutely never ever post above.
