Incorrect I have witnessed it.... I haven't been in a bubble for 63 years.

And I didn't say he wouldn't have still had pain.

But it could have been maximised.

I fully sympathise with those who would have had to work with him during his demise.

Using "we live in a civilised society" in his case is cliche.

I don't think you realise how much of a dickhead Milat was in his life. If he had not a psychopathic personality, he would not have killed a single person. And if I had sociopathic tendencies, I would not wish painkillers be withheld from Milat during his cancer. Being revenge-minded is not a unique trait of sociopathy. Otherwise, we would have a heap of sociopaths around.

He and Mothra use this terminology that they don't entirely understand in an effort to appear more intelligent, it doesn't work but manipulative narcissists don't see the same person when they look in the mirror.

I don't bother with empathy towards people like Milat, my empathy is selective. And I don't hold this principle because I hate Milat, I dont, I just recognise him for what he was. My views are the same for any of these types of predators. Allowing people like him to receive karma from the universe would not affect me in the slightest.

Ivan was a failure in life.
He obviously wanted female company but rather then develop himself into a strong confident assertive man with a spine,( a man who contributes)
He took the easy road and became a sad pathetic little puke who could only "take"

Taking at the point of a rifle , no less.
Taker mentality .....disgusting in a man.

The best revenge against Ivan would not be to cause him pain.
His emotional state was nothing bar addicted to pain.
He loved pain and lived in pain.

Had I been in charge of the ward where he was hospitalised, I would have had non stop hot doctors and hot nurses in his room. Flirting with each other, giggling, joyful, full of playful masculine and feminine energy.
Organising parties and dates in front of Ivan.
