A Maitland corrective services NSW officer has been charged after an alleged intimate relationship with a parolee in the Hunter.

Police arrested a woman, 30, on Monday morning following investigations into reports a community corrections officer and a 29-year-old male parolee had been in an romantic relationship.

The woman was taken to Maitland Police Station and charged with engaging in sexual conduct, compromise sentence/order.

The woman was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Maitland Local Court on Wednesday, December 11.

She has been suspended by Corrective Services NSW.

this happens so often even in the jails.... what are we running here???.....the Love Boat!

Yes.
In Australia - the Criminal gets the 'Girl'. Police women are hot these days, many a bad guy would love to do a good thing with them. I've met a few really hot ones, I think I could of... well, no - I guess I backed off a bit. But sooner or later the dam is going to burst!! and I'm gonna get in trouble for enjoying the 'best' in the country. Wink

Why would you employ women inside men prisons. Doesnt make sense.

those who need a job perhaps....shouldnt they have more cameras around the place..???...seems that would solve some of it..

remember the lady who stole a helicopter to rescue her jailed boyfriend...I mean some women will do anything...
