I've just been watching Blackfish.
How little we know of Orca,
even when captive to our insanity and fear.

Before that. A trip down the Nile with some Archeologist who has given a great tour down the Nile and bringing up many new wonders to things so old. From the way the Egyptians timed an 'hour', to Tomb #89 that is more breathtaking than anything in Australia much, so far as 'mad-made' is concerned. This Archaeologist was so good that the way the Egyptians behaved to her was quite impressive. Not only did she exhibited a great rack, it was like the 'Egyptians' gave her 'free passage' beyond any 'Moslem' intrusion against her. She was free to float down the river as she cared to be. Seems the 'Egyptians' are more 'Modern' than any Moslem nation. Islam will never conquer the Egyptians.

Are you giving them the "noble savage" title? You can be sure they did kill each other and warred with their neighbours as much as anyone else.

Are you giving them the "noble savage" title? You can be sure they did kill each other and warred with their neighbours as much as anyone else.

Ramses (the little 'Ranga' found in a floating crib by Royals, who took the child in) the 2nd. Didn't defeat his enemies by Warfare or Military action. No. He defeated his enemies by Art... on a massive scale. His nation became a place of wealth, as people came in from everywhere for work and the enemies eventually fell into poverty and ruin.

So 'Convict'. Who are you gonna work for?
