Spain: Muslim migrants pour concrete on memorial to victims of Barcelona jihad massacre
Moslems don't want to be equal with us, within secular nations.
And moslems
don't come, to live in secular nations,
in order to be 'equal' with us.
That is not their objective, culturally, no matter what Political LEFTISTS and those who call themselves, 'Progressives', may, themselves, wish to believe.
Moslems who live within secular nations, wish [above all]
to assert, continually, their moslem belief in
the superiority of ISLAMIC culture.
And the more the people and governments of secular nations, allow or encourage [or provide a 'space' for] the followers of ISLAM to publicly assert their obvious 'superiority' and the moslem disdain for all things un-ISLAMIC,
the more
vociferous members of their ISLAMIC community will become, in wishing to publicly assert that belief. [see search item, at start of this post!]
And, especially, moslems will want the governments of secular nations to protect the 'position' of their [ISLAMIC] 'cultural' interests, in local law.
vociferous = = vehement or clamorous.QUESTION;
Should we, the natives of secular nations [nations like Australia] respect and protect [and 'assert'] our own cultural mores and laws,
before, the cultural mores and laws of those persons who come to our shores, from weaker [less prosperous] and [clearly] more corrupt nations/cultures ?
PROPOSITION [LOGICAL ARGUMENT];
Not all human cultures are 'equal'. [i.e. not every one, has equal merit]
Otherwise, that 'equality' would be readily apparent in the homogeneous nature and character of all human societies.
homogeneous = = of the same kind. consisting of parts all of the same kind..
Having
the SKILL, to recognise and to
value [i.e. to
appreciate] the difference [between
different things and
different personal traits and
personal 'inclinations'], is called
'discrimination'.
Dictionary;
discrimination = =
1 the action of discriminating against people.
2 recognition and understanding of the difference between one thing and another. good judgement or taste.Dictionary;
discriminating = = having or showing good taste or judgement..

I would venture to suggest, that every nation aspires to achieve a political 'environment', which will [within its own borders] facilitate political stability, peace, and prosperity for its citizens.
Few come close.
aspire = = direct one’s hopes or ambitions towards achieving something.
Any nation which has achieved a modicum of political stability, peace, and prosperity,
which then, chooses [in a dangerous world, full of LAWLESS individuals] to [in effect] open its borders, will soon;
1/ lose its current national identity,
and,
2/ lose the political stability and the peace which facilitates its national prosperity.
.
Nations like Australia, and the U.S.A. are, imo, morphing into sh it hole nations.
PROPOSITION;
It is the character of the people of any nation, which defines the character [and quality, and the reputation] of that nation.
Logically, sh it hole nations, are so, because of the particular character and cultural mores, of the people who inhabit those sh it hole nations.
And the same principle applies, with the particular character and cultural mores, of the people who inhabit nations where there is political stability, peace, and prosperity.
Again, ....it is the character of the people of a nation, which defines the character [and quality, and the reputation] of a nation.
Recognising and valuing [i.e. appreciating] that difference [between different things and different people], is called 'discrimination'.

"We are all the same. And there is no difference between us.", is the mantra that the humanists keep repeating.
But don't believe it!
Because it is our personal value systems [that have formed within us, from childhood until adulthood], which define who we are, as individuals.
And it is the - individual - which helps to define [the nature and the character of] his immediate 'environment' [i.e. the nature and the character of his community], and it is the collection of [those] communities [within a nation] that define the nature and character of a nation.
