Still no answer or evidence from KangaRooted in regards to his lies of “Bribery”

A proven lie but KangaRooted still pushes it on a daily basis...
Tossbag liar 🤥 ...
The two articles of impeachment accompanied by the House Report has everything in it.
The first article charges him with abuse of power for pressuring Ukraine to assist him in his re-election campaign by damaging Democratic rivals.
The second article charges him with obstruction of Congress for blocking testimony and refusing to provide documents in response to House subpoenas in the impeachment inquiry.
The report covers the allegations and supporting evidence and witness testimony that "abuse of power" encompases
Did you read
the House report into his impeachment?
Everything is explained in there.
Some key parts include,
Quote:“Although President Trump’s actions need not rise to the level of a criminal violation to justify impeachment, his conduct here was criminal,”
The House also found that his conduct was “both constitutional and criminal in character” and contending that the president “betrayed the people of this nation” and should be removed from office.
As for Trump's team and Russia,
the Mueller report shows in no uncertain terms that Trump's team, including Trump Jr. met with Russian officials with the explicit goal of getting dirt on Hillary Clinton:
Quote:This series of events [surrounding the June 9 meeting] could implicate the federal election-law ban on contributions and donations by foreign nationals . . . Specifically, Goldstone passed along an offer purportedly from a Russian government official to provide “official documents and information” to the Trump campaign for the purposes of influencing the presidential election. Trump Jr. appears to have accepted that offer and to have arranged a meeting to receive those materials. Documentary evidence in the form of e-mail chains supports the inference that Kushner and Manafort were aware of that purpose and attended the June 9 meeting anticipating the receipt of helpful information to the Campaign from Russian sources.
The Office considered whether this evidence would establish a conspiracy to violate the foreign contributions ban . . . solicitation of an illegal foreign-source contribution; or the acceptance or receipt of “an express or implied promise to make a [foreign-source] contribution” . . . There are reasonable arguments that the offered information would constitute a “thing of value” within the meaning of these provisions, but the Office determined that the government would not be likely to obtain and sustain a conviction for two other reasons: first, the Office did not obtain admissible evidence likely to meet the government’s burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that these individuals acted “willfully,” i.e. with general knowledge of the illegality of their conduct; and, second, the government would likely encounter difficulty proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the value of the promised information exceeded the threshold for a criminal violation.
The reason that criminal charges were not levelled was that one requirement for a criminal case was intent, something Mueller is on record stating that, in effect, the Trump's were too stupid to know what they were doing was criminal which meant intent could be hard to prove,
Quote:“has not developed evidence that the participants in the meeting were familiar with the foreign-contribution ban or the application of federal law to the relevant factual context."
So in both cases, nobody is arguing that the claims against Trump with Ukraine, or his team with Russia didn't happen, but they're trying to find excuses that it means something different when it's Trump.
So don't pretend any of the bribery or quid pro quo claims are without evidence just because you choose to believe something different. It's all there in black and white, in both reports.
And this isn't the first time I've had to post this either.
I would appreciate an apology and retraction for your claims about me lying and an apology for the uncalled-for personal attacks and abuse which you've lobbed my way.
Thanks in advance.
