Intellectual capacity has nothing to do with ability to be a hacker.... anyone who could sort sense from sensibility would never become a hacker on principle...

There CAN be a distinct correlation between intellectual capacity and morality - though the 'intellectual Nazis' kind of disproved that........ with their ability to justify anything by using 'intellect' and 'education' .... (shades of the modern West, BeJesus!)....

So the question becomes:- Does random have the intellectual capacity to NOT be a hacker? And if so, does that capacity tend towards morality or immorality, in which latter case he may well be disposed towards hackerism, regardless of intellectual capacity??

There is a vast range between intellectualism and intelligence.... psychopaths and sociopaths may be highly intellectual.... and even highly intelligent....... so a precise individual diagnosis is required.... anecdotal evidence has its place, but not to the exclusion of everything else - as occurred with 'domestic violence' insanities never-ending...
