Is it OK to do that to women who "should be used to it"?

he wasn't assaulted fd. we've covered this.

yes he was. Forcibly holding someone against their will is assault regardless of intent. Its not an argument. If she had let go immediately when he tried to pull away then maybe not but that is not what occurred.

Hitting a woman?

It's not something you could imagine Jesus doing.

Jesus said to turn the other cheek.

Have done many times my mentally challenged  friend.  Just because you do not understand the definition of assault does not mean that it was not assault. Capiche? This is assault in Australia and I am applying this definition.

https://www.bsglaw.net/the-meaning-of-assault-under-australian-law/
Quote:
the offence of assault may take place, for instance, when the perpetrator aims at touching, striking, moving or applying force without the victim’s consent,

Now to win this debate you must show that the Pope gave his consent.  Wink
game set match Smithers. We can stick a fork in you, you are done.

cop: By trying to fend you off?
JS: That's right. But she was asking for it, and she really should be used to it by now. It really hurt my feelings when she slapped my wrist.
cop: So you grabbed and 83 year old who was trying to walk away from you, got slapped on the wrist, and you are accusing her of assault?
JS: Yes officer. I have looked up to her all my life, so I have higher expectations you see. She should have turned the other one so I could grab it too.

why are you intent on playing the fool instead of answering a simple question? Here, in case you missed it again

I am always careful when shaking an 83 year old's hand. I don't grab their arm from behind and yank them towards me. Then whine about being the victim of assault. You'd have to have a real chip on your shoulder about the catholic church to spin it that way. Or just like assaulting the elderly.

I doubt it. She's lucky not to get charged. John is the one complaining about the pope assaulting her.

You've done so many times? fine, then you'll have no problem showing me a court report of some who was found guilty of assault because they over zealously shook somones hand  .... I'll give you all the time you need, i suspect i'll be waiting a long time it

you apply whatever you like, you'd still be wrong. Consent is implied once he agrees to walk the crowd shaking hands.
consent was implied when he walked the crowd shaking hands.

Let us cut the crap , as it were ,

The only reason Freediver , ( the owner of this site and self proclaimed arbiter of morals and dogma ) defends the Pope

Is because Freediver is a freemason and his boss is the head Jesuit " The Pope " ..

The Pope reprisents the Romans whom killed and Murdered The Christ and stole/edited his Teachings and Church ..

We see we know and that is the state of affairs at this time , and yet

There is still yet time for Freediver and his Moderators to denounce this scourge on humanity , yet it matters not

For all shall be revealed ..and so it shall  Smiley
