Do they affect weather patterns, if they can affect the weather.

Its original purpose was to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance.[2] As a university-owned facility, HAARP is a high-power, high-frequency transmitter used for study of the ionosphere.

It's not nice. It doesn't point to a normal future for your decendants or you, come to that

but it needs to be faced at personal level. And if you care at all for your fellow man, you'll point them to the content of the following link
