No good claiming the law doesn't allow criminals to have guns in the US when the law does nothing to prevent them buying guns in the first place.

Also, even though the source states that the handgun has become the 'firearm of choice' for criminal activity involving firearms, it does not negate the fact that there are still ample firearms available & accessible for criminals to choose from, other than a present day firearm of choice, for use in criminal activity.......
