It's quite something to see the comments on this thread, knowing most of you voted for the Liberal government last election. What did you expect? For 20 years, just about, we've lived under a government who couldn't give a flying bugger about the average worker, heaven forfend anyone lower, and blatantly and even defiantly hold up the top end under the so oft-debunked idea that it will miraculously trickle down to the great unwashed.

It doesn't. We've noticed.

And you, so afraid of refugees, keep voting for them. It's something you have the nerve to complain.

Don;t expect the minimum wage to rise under a Liberal government. Don't expect rights for workers.

But boats apparently stopped. All those people still drowning no longer matter, i am told.
