60 Minutes is broadcasting the gospel truth.
Be an ostrich if you want.
Lol

Funny guy.
lol... yep, I was in agreement with nearly everything Bobby posted up until that one.
Please tell us you're just pulling our legs?
He must be.
No intelligent person takes shows like 60 Minutes, ACA, Sunrise,
etc. seriously.
Bobby's just having a little morning troll.
So where are you getting your news from groggary ??
I know you're not asking me, but CDC, WHO and
www.health.gov.au.
Any other sources shouldn't be immediately discounted, but don't take their word for it, check their sources and see what they have actually said or stated.
So much is opinion and not fact because we are lacking so much information at the moment.
Making grand statements of fact from these opinions, especially when you're trying to or inadvertently causing a panic, that's dangerous and I know I'll call out anything like that.
From what research I've been able to do, this is exactly what's caused the toilet paper issue.
There was a social media post that had a photo of an empty shelf of toilet paper because it was on special. The notion of it being on special was left out of the post and they claimed it was because of the coronavirus.
It wasn't, it's just what always happens when there are these sorts of specials.
This spread of this post by people just accepting the claim and not fact-checking then triggered panic buying because people thought there was a shortage.
No, there was a half-price offer in this one Woolworths (maybe more). There is lots of stock around the country but the logistics of such a big bulky item means there is only so much stock available at a given time. It was a natural occurrence when these limited items per shelf space go on special.
But a hype bitch shared their opinion that it was because of the virus, left out the information about it being 1/2 price on special and then this post spreading, all of a sudden it's triggered the panic buying.
Stories like the 60 minutes are bad enough, but spreading misinformation and opinion about it is only going to lead to more panic buying, this time for more than toilet paper and rice (thanks to The Project)...
And it will stress people out.
Stressed people will be more susceptible to the virus.
We need to be alert but not anxious. We need to all do out part, exercise restraint in posting bullshit and not forget how we all came together for the bushfires not so long ago.
Where did that go? What happened? How did we do such a sharp 180 and now it's every man for themselves? That's now how you beat or mitigate something like COVID-19
