Greggy - you'll be fine if you listen to Uncle Bobby.

Already you know that a trip on a train could cost you your life.

I catch the bus.  10 minute ride.

And I carry a roll of toilet paper with me, so there's nothing to worry about.

The trains & buses have been perfectly designed so that as many people
as possible get a virus if one person has it.
There is no fresh air and all the windows don't open.

There are two windows that open, high up and towards the rear of the bus.

I always sit in the seats under them and open the windows before I sit down.

You need fresh air in a bus.

I always open those windows if I can get a seat near one and, the other passengers are always grateful (most don't realise they can be opened).

Not sure about eastern states bus drivers, but the ones here don't know how to operate the air con and heating properly.

Hi Nail,
maybe aeroplanes are perfect places to spread the virus?
No fresh air and so close to other people?

take a look at the other corona thread

Harvard expert says

LESS THAN 1%

Not for older people and especially men.
That means that I could very easily die from it.
At least I can say that I did some good for the world.

Real class. There was a need for that ?

Some Queer friends of mine have said that they wished the medical experts and politicians would had have come out and said its not a good time to get close together and hold hands or kiss, or be careful who you kiss until two days after the Mardi Gras, in Italy now they are going to play soccer without any spectators.

Coronavirus fight is LOST:

Leading scientist admits world tried 'very hard' to stop the outbreak but the battle is OVER as more than 80 countries have confirmed cases of the killer infection.

Professor Neil Ferguson, of Imperial College London, said global battle was lost
Added the UK was in the 'early stage' of an epidemic and said time is running out
Urged more drastic measures to contain virus on home soil and mitigate deaths.

The world's battle with coronavirus is now over, a leading scientist today declared amid the rampant spread of the deadly infection.

Professor Neil Ferguson, of Imperial College London, admitted the world 'tried very hard to stop this virus altogether' but had failed.

He told the BBC Today programme: 'You can see from the statistics, the number of countries affected that that battle is really over.'

More than 80 nations across the world have now confirmed cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.

The Faroe Islands and Poland today became the latest countries to be struck – only a handful of European nations have not recorded cases.

Modern technology has allowed it to spread quickly across nations. In the old days it would have been contained to nations and would have taken a lot longer to spread by ships !!

The coronavirus battle was lost the day the first infected person in China boarded a plane and left the country.
