'Corona Virus' stems from Bat faeces.
Infected workers (no PPE) walking through the caves of bat droppings took the virus both in lung and on shoes to the Wet Markets where it mixed with the slops of rotting fleshes festering in the fly-blown sun upon the streets of Wuhan.

Corona Virus is a legit virus - that excelled in the polluted and filthy streets of Wuhan and its Wet Markets... as would all Viruses.

The idea that it was created in a Lab is just an excuse by nations like China and USA to forego any responsibility for the filth and pollution of their nations that 'excel' Viruses.

Also, the only Lab associated with the Corona Virus was a Medical Clinic to treat the Bat Cave workers for Corona infections.

A virus proliferates and intensifies its effectiveness in densely packed and highly populated areas. The more people packed together - the greater the 'fuel', like a bonfire - for the Virus to grow and mutate into a more dangerous Virus.

This is what happened.
It was not man made in a Lab, though it was man-made through his filth and pollution.

Wake up to yourselves.

Making a simple thing more complex than it is, is for people who need to appear more sophisticated than they really are.

Where did it get that master key for every type of cell membrane in the human body?

It seems to have developed in coon dogs. Cell membranes are cell membranes and the spike can get through any cell membrane.
