A moratorium was placed on this unethical virus experimentation in 2014, but the NIH established a loophole in the moratorium, allowing American and Chinese scientists a way to continue these dangerous virus, animal, and human experiments.

Dr. Fauci adamantly asserted in the Senate hearing that the NIH had no involvement in this dangerous medical experimentation, even though the NIH approved and funded this research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through grants dispersed to Dr. Daszak at Eco Health Alliance. In truth, either Fauci, Collins, or both men helped establish a loophole to keep money flowing to Chinese virologists and American scientists to advance gain-of-function research.

The 2014 moratorium on gain-of-function research contained a footnote on page two, granting an exception to the ban. “An exception from the research pause may be obtained if the head of the USG funding agency determines that the research is urgently necessary to protect the public health or national security.” This is yet another example of government officials using the “protect the public health” excuse to experiment on humans and threaten their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Every emergency order and medical edict during the covid-19 scandal is premised on this grandiose excuse.

Three researchers at a Chinese lab that has been scrutinized as the possible origin point of the coronavirus pandemic went to the hospital due to an illness in November 2019, according to a new report.

The Wall Street Journal, which cited current and former US officials, reported that the intelligence gathered by “an international partner” expands on a State Department document confirming that workers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology fell ill with symptoms “consistent with both Covid-19 and common seasonal illness” in fall 2019.

The officials were split on the strength of the intelligence, with one telling the Journal it needed more corroboration and another saying it was “of exquisite quality” and “very precise.” Both agreed that the intelligence stopped short of confirming the researchers had contracted coronavirus.

Many health experts believed that the coronavirus began circulating in the central Chinese city of Wuhan in November 2019. Authorities in Beijing date the first confirmed case to Dec. 8 of that year.

The theory that the coronavirus accidentally leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology into the wider population has gained credence as a viable explanation in recent weeks, following a World Health Organization-led investigation and report — compiled with the help of the Chinese government — that left many other nations dissatisfied.

The Lab Leak theory has a spin-off conspiracy here. It suggests the RatG13 virus could have been turned into SARS-CoV-2 through deliberate human manipulation, called "gain of function" research. Scientists do this by altering viruses in a laboratory, to learn more about how viruses infect and impact humans.

It can be dangerous, and was put on pause
in the US briefly under the Obama administration.

Some scientists say attributing virus changes to "gain of function" research is an easy explanation often misused to explain any change in a virus that could have occurred through natural, complex processes. These scientists discount its role in forming SARS-CoV-2.

Will any evidence emerge showing that Anthony Fauci’s operation sent money, directly or indirectly, to an organization that conducted gain of function research? That is just one question that IC ought too answer as it launches a more in-depth investigation of the origin and spread of Covid.

I am so disappointed by the United Nations as they were always our only hope -
but the interests of the 5 major powers with Veto rights has rendered them useless.
In a fair world – back in January 2020 UN bio weapons inspectors would have
gone to China and ripped through that Wuhan institute –
interrogated all the scientists –
taken samples and found out what was going on.
It didn’t happen – the UN never even met to discuss bio weapons inspectors going in.
Australia said nothing –
the world said nothing yet they were quick to chase after Saddam when it suited them.

We also have 11 labs doing gain of function research in the USA.
