e.g.
If a banking institution [acts lawfully], and i must pay that banking institution for any services that it provides to me,
then how are those fees and charges being extorted from me ?

AGAIN, if i enter into a covenant, with another entity, which requires me to pay for a service,
whose fault is it, INDEED, IS THERE ANY FAULT COMMITTED, if that other entity levies those charges upon me ?
