This isn't a just a slapped together fence. It's properly designed and pick from several submissions. it's designed so you can see if people a massing behind it. The wall won't be just one obstacle but a seies of obstacles and measures.

I just don't care if an insane President wants to spend most of a trillion dollars building a 3,000 Km fence that won't even keep rabbits out.
