COVID-19 Confirmed Cases by Country/Region Iran = 95 Deaths, in Iran = 16 Death rate in Iran, 16/95*100 = 16.84% !!!!! Not correct ?

No, I said you can't draw any conclusions from that.

The death rate is like the top-level information you give to a manager who failed up in a company during a meeting because he doesn't know or understand what else is going on.

You need to far more information before you can draw any conclusion from that one number.

You need to know the demographics of the deceased. Their ages, their medical records, treatment etc.

The death rate is what scares people and put them into a panic for no reason and this can cause more fatalities.
