A quick brief on the Trump-Assange fake news today

There’s some serious fake news circulating today regarding Trump and Julian Assange that’s going to be a major embarrassment to those circulating the lie.  This will be a short breakdown of a somewhat involved subject but will be enough to fully enjoy the sweet taste of leftist tears.

You have to understand this fact to really maximize your enjoyment: there are still leftists and never-Trump morons who will take it to the grave that Trump and Putin stole the election from Hillary.  The Mueller investigation for which they cheered means nothing, nor does the IG report.  Accept that these people would settle for catching Trump with a bottle of Smirnoff at this point, when the reality is the closest thing to that side of the world involved with President Trump is Melania.

Here’s the fake story in a nutshell: Trump sent a surrogate to offer Assange a plea deal if he'd say he didn’t get the DNC material from the Russians for the purpose of hiding his collusion with Putin to steal the election from Hillary.

Yes, seriously.

Fact: Trump wasn’t even sworn in as President when Assange was publicly stating Russia or any state government had anything to do with the DNC material.

The response from the Democrats is predictable - knee jerk hysterics.

Assange has already said that the info did not come from the Russians. But what is potentially explosive is that he may unveil under oath what he has hinted and many suspect. That the DNC server info was downloaded by Seth Rich and the reason for his suspicious murder. Such a revelation would undermine the false narrative the Democrats and their surrogates in the media have pushed as well as the Mueller Report.

Right. So let's go into it.

How did Seth Rich "download" the DNC's email servers?

We'll await your thoughtful response.

That's right, dear. But come come. After the Ukraine, can you really imagine Mr Trump NOT doing everything he can to change the Russia narrative? What else would a Republican congressman be doing visiting Assange in jail?

Mr Trump thinks an Assange pardon could look good to the base  but first he wants "to ask a favour". To prove Assange's loyalty, say the Ukraine did it, okay? You'll be out by Christmas.

It's got Mr Trump all over it. The only thing missing is Mr Trump going back on the deal afterwards.

Seth Rich worked for the DNC as a programmer and as such worked as an insider. He was also a strong Bernie supporter. Incensed that Hillary stole the nomination.

The download speed was to fast for the internet - had to be to a thumb-drive or disk. Also the server leaves a record as such. The DNC server hard drive was never handed over to the FBI as requested.

So Seth had the motive and opportunity to send files to Wikileaks. Assange even posted a $20,000 reward to anyone providing evidence regarding Seth's murder. Assange also made it pretty clear who gave him the info.

The whole Russian narrative hoax falls apart if Julian spills the beans ..... and that is just the beginning!

But Karnal doesn't believe a word. For him the evil Trump used his Russian bosses to steal the election from a pure and virtuous Hillary.

It makes a lot of sense if it was the reason that he originally said that he didn't get it from Russia.

In fact at the time that he said that it wasn't Russia that made no sense and at that time he was supporting the Trump campaign by making that statement it also made no sense unless he was going to get something for it.

At the time when he was playing up to Trump, Talking to trumps people meeting with Trump people etc I thought it was in an effort to get himself out of the mess he was in with the USA.

Assange clearly done Trump a favour which is not typical of his behaviour at all?

There had to have been a reason and even speculating from the time something like this was always the most likely.

Fake news - it's been denied.

yes people in the Trump team are all honest and their word is guaranteed that is why at least 6 of Trumps team at that time are all in prison or should be checking in soon.

Any word issued from anyone in the Trump team has no reliable meaning.

Words . It can mean that a pardon was offered , and the offer involved Trump.  It's not saying that Trump was doing the offering.  So Assange could be understood to have it correctly. The court record shows that.

But it's weird that he gave the answer without bargaining for Trump's real pardon.

Either way - Aussie needs to apologise to the readers for
starting a thread to spread false rumors on the internet.

When you apologise for being a far kwit.....

Aussie,

Julian Assange was not offered a pardon from Trump.

You lied and now you need to apologise or lose all credibility.

How do you know that ? This guy was on the Trump team and most of the Trump team is in prison for lying.

Besides what was being offered by Trump's children and the other members of Trump's team that communicated or met with him ? Hard to imaging that they were not offering something in return for him undermining the Clinton campaign and later clearing Russia ?

Trump is clearly indebted to Assange.

If not this then what is the payoff ?

There were 19 DNC servers, dear, remember? This Crowdstrike thing? Mr Trump looking for one in the Ukraine?

Are you saying that Seth Rich similtaneously visited 19 servers around the world with 19 different thumb drives, or just one?

That wouldn't work, dear.

Also, the Russian "phishing" operation: what did the Russians do with the password and username they scammed off John Podesta? This would have given them access to the lot.

Are you saying they didn't use it?

Cheers.

Assange did the email dump to get back at Hillary. It's inconceivable that a guy like Assange would be pro-Trump, but that, perhaps, is the price of revenge. Assange was playing politics, not free speech.

Assange may have thought a cleanskin like Trump could undermine the whole US Military Industrial/Surveillance Complex, but that would have been incredibly naive. The US would come after Assange no matter who was in power.

But, if the Trump camp were promising Assange a pardon from day 1 of the campaign, Assange had a motive.

This was, remember, Roger Stone's claim - he was in with Wikileaks. He had said this long before Trump made his public request to Putin at the campaign rally. "Russia, if you're listening..." The email dump went live only a few days later.

Mueller didn't get to the bottom of any of this, but that doesn't mean the motives of the people involved weren't heavily influenced by these connections.

Trump could easily pardon Assange and wear this as a badge of pride with his base, but he will also make some enemies with the Pentagon and Republican Hawks.

I have no doubt that happened to Obama when he pardoned Bradley Manning.
