Johnson says he did, however, help improve Trump’s overall health in other ways: “We were working on his diet,” he told the Times. “We were making the ice cream less accessible, we were putting cauliflower into the mashed potatoes.”

Ivana later brought the incident up with her lawyers - not a smart move. If there's one thing Mr Trump hates it's a rat. He had to get Mike to put some pressure on her - what can you do? Between the women and the sharks it's one stitch-up after another. When you're winning everybody wants a piece.

Anyway, Ivana ended up stiffing herself - a lousy two hundred grand, chump change. If they were Mr Trump's lawyers he would have fired them on the spot for doing such a loser deal. Mr Trump let her take the jewellery so as not to look so bad in the papers.
