When I picked the ex up at her art class I asked the girls if we were in the middle of a coup of some kind, with all that nonsense going on... that was after telling them their art class was an illegal assembly under Scotty Rules... and they should disperse or it's the tear gas for them!!

I have better things to do than carry a bottle of hand sanitiser around with me.

Doesn't exactly fit that well in a wallet.

On our cruises last few years, they have hand sanitizers before entering food places and always an attendant to make certain people use it.
One can understand that, especially if unknown when person last washed hands.
One cruise ship went further, a detour from entering food places by allowing people to go through a hand washing area, yes, soap and water and dry hands with disposable paper towels. (no gel sanitizer)
I see these paper towels put into large plastic bags and taken somewhere.

So yes, soap and water for 20 seconds is good, if no hand sanitizer anywhere, and hand sanitizer good if no soap and water anywhere.
