Why should they feel shame?

if you sold something with the promise that a certain percentage of sales would go to a certain charity, and failed to keep up your end of the bargain, you'd most likely be charged with fraud. The supermarkets however are exempt. Roll Eyes

Don't get between and ape and toilet paper

It was actually your so called "ape" that was in the right & was attacked by the mother & daughter .....

who btw had foreign accents as well.

The larger woman wanted one pack .... she should have been able to have one.

The supermarket should have put a limit & supervised the section.

Bottom line is fighting over toilet paper is the most ridiculous bs response to the concerns about corona virus.

They should be more concerned with food ......

you don't eat .... you don't poo ..... you don't poo ....you die .....

don't need to worry about the virus & there'd be no need for toilet paper.  Roll Eyes

Agree. And shows a pack mentality with two against one.
Any follow up on assault charges? Anyone know?

You could try buying an icecream for 2.5 rolls , or haggle it down to 2.2.
Buying a beer no problem , paper goes straight to the gents.  (ask for a key and 4 pieces).

What happened was the two women grabbed a pile of dunny paper, the big ape asked for one and was refused so she tried to grab one and that triggered the physical altercation.

The big woman was ticking them off initially for grabbing more than allotted?
There’s a fuller version of this video somewhere that shows how full the trolley was of toilet paper.

Aaand..... found out RE charges....those two women have been charged.

How about real shortage that WILL stop the nation, never mind toilet paper shortage, everything else will be also.

Australia depends on 90% of petroleum imported!
Yes folks, we don’t make our own anymore.
And there’s only 3 weeks reserve of fuel in our country.

So let’s get our panic prioritised about fuel crisis instead of toilet paper.
More food storage of tinned and dry food products and pet food make more sense to build up on for various reasons.
If one gets ill (any illness) and can’t drive to shops for fresh foods, they have a reserve of other long life shelf products to tide them over.
If petrol runs out for whatever fuel crisis reason, shelf product foods will be the staples needed.
So therefore, toilet paper is not the absolute priority to worry about.

And there's no 3 month reserve in oil tanks.  Scomo says we'll borrow Donald's.

( cringes under table).

Racism
Discussion of racism and race related political issues is encouraged. However, politically correct language should be used when making criticism of racial policies or groups. Racism will be judged in a similar way to pornography – that is, is the criticism necessary to get a point of view across, or is it a gratuitous attack on a racial group? Note that race is treated differently from religion, which is a matter of choice and is open to the same criticism as political ideology.

I'd love the Family of that woman to know where you live you racist prick.
