Let's see.... Christ was left wing (... "it's easier to thread a needle with a ship's cable, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven"); whereas the evangelical "prosperity gospel" is right wing. Ditto for Islam - there will be right and left factions. But how is submission to Allah "right wing"?
