they can apply to everyone seeing a doctor for almost any reason, alternatively, many people with the virus show no symptoms whatsoever

he should have been suspicious of having a cold & done the swab straight up ......

& as a doctor he should have had enough brains to fit his own precautionary criteria .... instead of saying he didn't fit "your" criteria.

To add to his laxness he left it a further 3 days before he was swabbed ......

if his cold had "resolved" by Monday why did he think he required a swab on Thursday.

Sounds like he's gone on the defensive because he's embarrassed at his own short comings as a professional.

Too farqking lax in a time when he should have been more vigilant.

Now everyone he has been in contact with has to be found & isolated.

Self isolation & quarantine is not working.
