$10,000 Super!
Apr 19th, 2020 at 9:46am

Will you take advantage of the new window of opportunity and dig into your Super for $10,000 that could cost you an interest loss of $100,000? That's saying in a period where you could be dead tomorrow and your $10,000 doing the same thing as all these Stimulus Packages: Shirt term gain, long term pain.

...but what if your $100,000 loss is worth the $10,000 'now' in a time where its either make or break on that bridge for many people and their livelihood.

Would you 'take the money'?

I'm not resting on their input as a basis for mine.
But it's worth noting how the Media sees it.
Sometimes it shows how 'not to do it'.

The take $10,000 now, will cost you $100,000 in the future is a bit far-fetched in it's estimation of the Economy in the future. Chances are it will just cost you $30,000 in the future where an Economy like this will take 10 years at least to get back on its feet. They've made the estimation on pre-virus figures.

That's provided a Bond or a Skase doesn't rat run your life savings to the Cayman Islands.

House prices are going down.
I have well over enough to invest. I'd rather do that then pull 10k.
Gotta hit the market at the right time though. Maybe units. Dunno yet.

Those Super CEO's will take the money and run. It happens in other countries and I can't see the Govt do a 'Chase for Skase' type of recovery.

Your Super's can dissapear just as quickly as Shares can. They say they can 'recover' the loss later, but in an Economy like these days - I find that hard to believe. The Government knows something and letting people to dip in before it all goes.

Take it....it's only money. However there would be consequences.
I'm happy for society to implode. It's a scared weak man's world atm. To many politicians, laws and lawyers trying to fkkk you at every turn. Needs a purge and a strong society needs to take the power back. Remind those c@#ts who they work for.  Wink

Yes and I will buy $10,000 worth of gold silver and any other precious metals the super scammers refuse to buy !!

And someone needs to ask the expert how much reduction in retirement savings is their yearly 30 billion in fees costing everyone ?
