No, a safe life at all costs is an ideal... But its a bit like schadenfreude... you can think the opposite, you just can't admit to it...

But look what happens when you go for safety, the obsession with cleanliness (i.e. sanitisers from cradle to grave) and its correlation to the rise of kids suffering anaphylactic shock from peanuts or whatever..

Well an obvious example would be our health care system. Unlimited funds will be spent on a person to keep them alive in our society. Some medications may incur out of pocket expenses but for a bed, care, medical attention etc, you do pretty well even as a public patient in our society.

Not so much elsewhere. But we as individuals do very well.

does anyone wonder why this virus appears to attack the aged????.. I know a few younger have been diagnosed...but the deaths appear mainly in persons closer to dying at anyrate...

in the mean time its been proved China are working in Labs in Wuhan on this Covid bat virus......WHY???

who is to know if they were! still are, working on a virus to eliminate the aged...of course their own as they dont believe in taking care of old people do they?...

its just a thought.....

Well an obvious example would be our health care system. Unlimited funds will be spent on a person to keep them alive in our society. Some medications may incur out of pocket expenses but for a bed, care, medical attention etc, you do pretty well even as a public patient in our society.

it would be foolish to send any ventilators to africa to combat this.

gates has demonstrated with good science that it takes 300 dollars worth of msoquito netting to save one life.

and you cant supply a ventilator for anything like that.

I think the idea that nations are trying to manufacture a virus to target the aged is a conspiracy theory...

Viruses can mutate so easily, there'd be no controlling it once it's let out to infect its target victims...

The idea, though, allows a good writer a scenario to explore the dark side of the human psyche without being distracted by the 'better angels' of the human psyche... Unless its a Hollywood movie, where the bad guy (virus) must always lose!

Given the enormous damage is done to the CCP, in its exposure of the regime's true nature, rules out that they'd planned any of this...

If its ever proved that it did originate from the Institute of Virology in Wuhan, I'd bet its due to their sloppy security as opposed to their planning it... After all, why let it out 4 blocks from where its designed? Why not, say export it to Taiwan?

If they're still studying viruses, then, I'm sure, that would be what's happening in labs around the world...
