What's in it?

Roughly $1 trillion for state and local governments. [Democrats] want to split this money into separate revenue streams to ensure each community can access it.

•More money for hospitals and COVID-19 testing.

•Roughly $25 billion to keep the U.S. Postal Service afloat.

•Expanded nutritional benefits, Medicaid funding and unemployment insurance (which they call "paycheck guarantee").

•Another round of direct payments to Americans.

Which only goes to show if the Democrats hadn’t taken back the house in 2018, the GOP would have their wet dream they always wanted and nuked the legislative filibuster and passed a special COVID 19 “ emergency business relief bill” that could have consisted of eliminating Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, USPS, pension funds, and public schools; and diverting that money to the top 2% of GOP donors to be used strictly for personal enjoyment or Republican political donations.
