Wouldn't be any collusion between Banks and the Real Estate
Industry, would there...of course not....
I will try to find the link which shows that over 80% of mortgages granted in the year up to 2019 were interest only loans, and that was the only product offered to borrowers
at that time....interest only loans....
The entire real estate industry is propped up in Australia
from @rsehole to breakfast...from 30 year mortgages to
the con known as "vendor bids" at auctions....
to interest rates for mortgages which go up and down like a yo yo.. to exhorbitant rents and "inflated valuations"
Its all a con...Ive bought and sold several times...
