Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws in the US which is an inconvenient truth for Brian.

Blacks are 12% of the population yet they account for 52% of all homicides in the US according to FBI data.

Since it's rare for black women to be guilty of homicide and just about all of these homicides are done by black males we can say black men who are around 6% of the population in the US account for over 52% of all homicides in the US.

Was it Democrat welfare policies that removed the obligation for black men to look after their kids?

But isn't strange how the world mobilises for the death of one man, and really a handful of blacks who are victims of unlawful police killings every year while we have this?

In Chicago, 1,508 people have been shot this year. That is 350 more than 2019.

pretty much, under clinton, millions were incarcerated (partly due to the racist democrat policy of crack cocaine having harsher sentences).
this enabled the welfare state , the all somthering mother in washington to be the surrogate father for the black children.
