The letters to the editor section of today's West Australian isn't being very kind to our Premier, Mark McGowan.
One writer wants to know why he's apparently 'sold out' to the AFL by allowing 30,000 (actually was only about 22,000) at Optus Stadium last night for the Collingwood/Geelong match and up to 30,000 again this Sunday for the 'Western Derby' (Eagles/Dockers).
Another writer wants to know if the State governments have "lost their minds" by allowing the AFL season to continue this year.
It's a mystery to me, I gotta say.
I'm still struggling to get my head around it: 30,000 people all huddled together in a stadium watching teams from Victoria.
All jammed onto public transport getting there and getting home.
And he's allowing it again this Sunday.
I was planning on going to Blasta Brewing this weekend, but looks like I'll have to change those plans.
They won't be seeing me for a couple of weeks now.
