freediver, produce your evidence which supports this rubbish:

Quote:
You are a stalker. You cannot help it. It's just what you do.

You just admitted to it. The fact that you don't even realise just makes it all the more creepy. It leaves everyone wondering when you will next get it into your head that it would be a really good idea to stalk someone. You're probably doing it right now. You admit to completely misreading the situation back then, after people spent years trying to get through to you that you did, but you demonstrate over and over again that you will continue to do so.

Super Nova wrote on Oct 20th, 2020 at 3:27pm:
Aussie,

Collecting information on people, which you have done, to use later against them is one attribute of being a stalker.

You calling a person, tracking them down with the information you have learned is stalking.

Mind you, this is the definition you use.

As to your statement that you can learning nothing from an IP address, you miss the context I said it with because you are not technically savvy. It depends on the Point of Presence (POP) of your IP in the internet. You use a service provider used by 10s of thousands of people, all it will tell you is you are with a service provider. If you connect from a place of work that has there own POP then you can see the company of they work at. (if they area large company)

As to your threat to track me down and publish my details here. Up to you arsehole. I have done nothing to be ashamed of to be publicly outed here. Unlike you.

We have also seen in this thread Aussie threatening to sue and stalk people. And he still seems oblivious to how creepy it is.

We need to clarify something -
there are 2 types of stalking -

one is not malicious and
the other is malicious.

For instance in Aussie's admitted example -
he was trying to get a hard disk to help the chat site.
That sounds like a legitimate reason and
no one was hurt.

However - if someone found the name of
a poster's employer and phoned up that employer
to try and make that poster lose their job -
for whatever reason -
then that is malicious and outrageous -
also - possibly even criminal behaviour.
That is entirely different.

I think that is a fair distinction. Aussie only meant to help PA history to be preserved. So no malicious intent.

So it's fair to stalk an ex if your only intention is to make them truly happy?

Most stalking hinges on some kind of detachment from reality in which the stalker believes they have good reason. That's why sane people don't stalk.

Show me my admission to stalking. Do you know what that term actually means?

What 'ex' have I stalked?

Where is your evidence which supports your statement that I am a stalker?

There is none, as I am not.

Produce your evidence, not your amateur pseudo psychologist rubbish.

You produced it for me. You are a stalker. Your attempts to justify your actions does not change that.

BTW, I named my work of art.

Aussie never acknowledges any of his behaviour as stalking. You have to ask him specific questions about what he did.

OK - I could replace stalking with doxxing in my 2 questions.

I don't think he calls it doxxing either. He calls it collecting every scrap of information he can about you over the years just in case he needs to contact you about something really important. Or to figure out if you have two accounts. Or to check you don't change your story. Or for any reason. I'm sure a good lawyer would have a clause for this.

I suppose he could argue that it's not stalking or doxxing until the
information is passed on or used?

Some nights I awake in a cold sweat.
I look out my bedroom window and I think I'm hallucinating from a dream, like the glare after one looks at the sun still remaining... and see a Taxi keep passing my house slowly. Sometimes that hallucination just stops, with engine still running... waiting. Waiting as if trying to get a fare to Harris Park. Once I called the Police. But the Taxi was gone before they got here. It just sits for 5 mins and then leaves. I see mist rising from the driver's far side as if the driver is breathing heavily in the cold night air.

I'm afraid.  Embarrassed

its never his fault...

even though he admits to doing it....

he is  always coerced against his better judgement... Roll Eyesby some other [usually evil] person
in this case AiA....to do the unthinkable.....

hilarious I know.... Roll Eyes

It is true, cods: I coerced Aussie to call Mattus at work. He wouldn't have done it otherwise. Aussie was completely at my mercy.

You could not coerce me.  However, you did encourage me to make that call.  Are you denying that?

I did coerce you. I forced you to make that call. You resisted but your weak will was no match for mine. You are my bitch.

Be careful with the surname you just used, Bobby. Aussie had me suspended for using it. You see, it was one of several false identities that he once used ...

Yep. Using that name once was a ban-able offense here Bobby. I know from experience. Don't believe me? Ask FD. He knows. What is it about a man like Aussie who hides, yet intentionally lies about his name?

That's another rumor about Aussie -
that he deliberately put out false information for
people so that they could find his "name"
and then got them banned for using that name.
That's a pretty mean trick considering that it wasn't his name.
Why would he do that?

That isn't a rumor, Bobby. It is a fact. There were multiple names that Aussie claimed were his and a number of us got a suspension for using them. He isn't an honest player.
