Prove the material was defamatory 2. Prove it harmed your reputation. Being called a pedophile satisfies both.

And what have you done about your gmods sharing IP address with people outside of this forum? Or are they beyond the rules?

If you think someone is breaking the rules, you need to report it in order for anything to happen.

Report it to whom? You do nothing despite the evidence being presented to you. You do not protect your Members at all. To get some action, as you well know, I have had to tell you and other GMods my real identity. Why should any of your Members be required to do that? You encourage the bastards who go way out there to dox Members and their Family here at YOUR Forum by allowing them to return here.

Would you like your real name, your real address, a photo of your house, your private FaceBook page, your phone number posted here? Would you like your static IP address shopped around? An email address? If anyone did that, they should get a life time ban. And I bet they would if you were the victim.

You describe whatever it is as 'nefarious.' Why? The only way you can even start to answer that question is to breach your own Rule about privacy and that establishes that no Member here will have their privacy protected by the Management. Nothing like what happened here has ever happened at Monk's Forum, and if it ever does, I will be the first to walk away from it.
