As far as I recall, Aussie admits to it. Not sure about Monk.

Your recollection is incorrect
.  I have never ever contacted any Forum Member's employer.

You just rang the PA Member at his place of work
. How did you know where the person worked and what his real name was?

It is recorded at PA somewhere, I have seen the post, as has everybody else. The Member was not well pleased, at all and said so.

Your memory is beginning to fail, Mr Magoo.

I detest having to exchange with you, given your conduct, but you go too far, yet again.

Together with several other Members of PA, and at his request, I met with that Member socially in Brisbane.  He was quite open about his identity, the work he does and what he was doing in Brisbane.

He and a friend of his owned the server which hosted PA.  When we moved to be hosted by FD, we lost all the old records of PA and Members were unhappy about that.  AiA suggested I contact that Member to see if he had kept a copy of the Forum.  I was reluctant to do so, however I did, against my better judgement having been persuaded to do so for the benefit of the whole Membership of PA.  I made that contact for the Membership, not for personal reasons.  They are the basic facts, so do not make a mountain out of a mole hill.

I trust I never have to engage with you again.  I wish other Forum Members also did not engage with you.  That is the least of what you deserve.

Observe the last paragraph on this screenshot.  Is that a threat? I consider that it is.

some people think they are above the law...

what the hell has nef done now???...

all she has done is try to check  his statements...claiming he has done nothing wrong....

maybe he wants that tested in court who the hell knows..

we know he threatened others with action  over and over again......

as far as I know nef has never threatened him...she has never posted personal tidbits about him again either....

she has been punished  and I think most on here agreed with that...... as I am sure aussie knows prisoners get time off for good behavior...so yes she should be allowed back on this forum..

that nef is what this is all about   your return.....

he is so vindictive he will stoop to any level....and attack anyone ...sadly its what mongs do.

I have deleted crap and will respnd to this:

Indeed they do, and I am not one of them.  I know the Law, your special pal does not.  She needs to learn.

No. Show me one post of mine where I say I have done nothing wrong.

There you go again with the 'we.'  Karen, you are not part of a 'we.'

Name even one person I have threatened and specify the threat.  I'll bet you can't.

Correct.  The ultimate sin anyone can commit on a Forum like this is to do what that doxxer did.  She went well out of her way, specifically dedicated time and effort, to ferret out details from the meagre pickings I posted about my life.  She hit pay dirt getting my name from my High School web site.  She then searched FaceBook and found me and the list of my friends including my Grand Daughter.  She then searched some obscure data base of matters in QCAT and totally misrepresented the facts of one case I was involved in there. There is much more, but I'll leave it at that.  She then spread those details at the sewer and that is why Super Nova and AiA had their fun with a Thread about shaving.....which I have archived.  She then posted what she found here.  Not only my details, but those of my Wife and my Grand Daughter.  She could have had a private chuckle, but instead, she wanted to dox, go public and get pats on the head, reward for her effort and posted it all here.  That is the ultimate sin.  (After her initial three month ban for it...she came back and doubled down...got a long ban...and, yes, I am saying that should have been permanent.)

That sort of low life has no place anywhere near social media platforms.  That sort of low life has no idea what legal stalking is.  That sort of low life needs to learn.

Aussie,

So it is OK for you to use information provided by a poster to call them at work because it is Ok for you to use scattered information to track someone down, it is OK because you thought it was for a higher purpose. I remember how upset said person was.

So it is OK for Monk to track someone down to their workplace using IPs to try and get them sacked. No care for the livelihood of that family.

So it is OK for Monk to use IPs to find out where I worked, so I know this to be true, even though I viewed his site as a guest and never posted. i know exactly how he did and what he was up to.

So it is OK for Monk to chase DT in real life such that he closed down his site and was never seen around these parts again.

So it is OK for you to write down IP address and personal details when they come up to be used later. (and while admin of  site FFS)

So it is OK for you to post personal information all over the place and for you to be surprised that someone would put it together to work out who you are.

So it is OK that you spend years big noting yourself only for that self made image to be destroyed when the truth about you is revealed.

I would be pissed off too aussie, to be exposed for the asrehole you are and have been through your entire career. Infamy uncovered.

So the lesson here aussie is; if you want to remain anonymous, don't tell us about you and your life that includes personal identifying information.

You made the mistake, you are to blame. Live with us all knowing who you really are and the fact we know what a horrible human being you really are.
