An admin doesn't enter ones account to fix a password reset or set the password.
You may have asked her permission, that is not the point.
As admin, you must have.

- Used admin function to set her password
-- The process should have stopped there and you share the new password with her asking her to change the password immediately.

- You used that new password and entered (logged in to) her account
- You made a post
- You had access to view all her personal data and PMs
- Then you shared the new password

The above is a breach of admin responsibility and a breach of privacy.

You lied to Mantra by asking for permission to "enter" her account to fix the password issue.
You told her you needed to "enter" her account.
You DIDNOT need to enter her account.
You told her a lie and used her permission to enter her account.
You breached her account and privacy
You cannot be trusted to protect members account security and privacy in any admin roll on any site

3. The question for you to answer is

I seem to recall Mantra being upset about somebody potentially "reading her PMs" or something. Maybe she was being paranoid? Who knows?

Totally wrong doxxer. That is not what happened. Mantra contacted me and asked me to fix her problem. I told her that would mean I had to enter the account, and specically asked her to confirm I may do so. She did I did what was needed. I made a 'test' post, it worked and I handed her the new password. Until I read the comments here in the last 48 or whatever hours, it never occurred to me that I could read PMs or anything alse. All I was asked to do was to restore her access, and I did, and I made sure it worked.

Suck it up. Them's the facts.

You did NOT have to "enter her account" to give her a new password! This has been explained to you numerous times now but your still seem to think you did the "right thing". No wonder Mantra was afraid that "somebody" might start reading her PMs.
